Hey, and welcome ! Goals? If any. If ur just wanting to kick up your work outs do it slowly. If you jump into things to fast you can over shock your body. Find thing to add what you already do while doing them. For example maybe add some weights to your walking routine. Keep up a good diet for sure. If you find yourself wanting to meet goals move into them slowly and start out light and work your way up. Good luck and fyi if ya need any help just hit me up. I can always make a work out for you here to follow if you wish, it only takes a few seconds to put together.
