Stratagies to avoid eating fast food
Its hard not to eat fatty foods when it's everywhere:(
When you're working and spend most of your day out of the house and trying to be healthy one of the only options is to hope you have a healthy store/restaurant nearby (and have the money to burn)
OR, here's what I did, pack a whole separate duffel bag full of fruits & chopped veggies and a tupperware of brown rice mixed with a little butter and seasoned salt with cooked chicken mixed in and a can of tuna for late afternoon protein.
In our modern world with all our conveniences, finding healthy food is still tough so i was carrying a whole extra bag of it to get through the day.
