Heya my twins have just started school and i wanna lose 15kgs. I jist dont seem to have the motivation. How does everyone overcome this and what tips do you have. Heeeelp

Hey Kelly. Follow the following steps 1. Download an app for monitoring your weight where you can also see a graph of the change of your weight. Weigh yourself 3-4 times a week when you wake up and after you go to the loo. 2. Stick to a diet of mainly vegetable and mediterenean cuisine.
