Following you! As for toning abs and butt, right now I'm mainly doing squats for my butt. I'm finishing up the 30 day squat challenge today and then I'm going to do my own version of it! For abs, planks are great. There are a ton of ab workouts on here. I usually try and do a combination of planks, Daily Abs, and SD3's Lower Ab Massacre (the last two are in my liked and top workouts - not sure how to link them directly). With those you can always add another round or increase the time when you feel ready for it! If you don't have time for all those, I'd say at least fit in some planks and bicycle crunches. Both of them engage the whole abdominal section. And of course eating well is key!
