Squat challenge...Who is with me?

I found a squat challenge on Instagram for the month of December. You start off doing 20 squats and add 5 more each day. Today Dec. 1st is 20 and tomorrow Dec. 2nd will be 25 and so on. You rest on the 10th and 27th. Sorry so late I just found out. W ho is with me?

Yayyy! Thanks Hannah and Candice! Hannah u should tell ur sister about it :-) The challenge wants you to drop down to 50 squats after u reach 100. It also switches it up after. I wish I could post it. I'm going to just keep adding 5 a day and just keep it simple.

Alan id just add 5 to that each day. That's what I'm going to do because squats don't burn for me until I do a high amount of them

Thanks everyone!!!! This is going to be fun!! Alan you can just do what Brooke said and add 5 more a day like us. Air squats are fine We can just come back on here and say if it was challenging, easy, or if we did them. We can also follow each other. #beastmode

Do any form of squats just make it challenging! If you do air squats, add weights to each hand!  Make it  challenging! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
