Yayyy! Thanks Hannah and Candice! Hannah u should tell ur sister about it :-) The challenge wants you to drop down to 50 squats after u reach 100. It also switches it up after. I wish I could post it. I'm going to just keep adding 5 a day and just keep it simple.

Thanks everyone!!!! This is going to be fun!! Alan you can just do what Brooke said and add 5 more a day like us. Air squats are fine We can just come back on here and say if it was challenging, easy, or if we did them. We can also follow each other. #beastmode
I did my 20 last night & I added a 20 sec wall sit. All good so far.
Maybe you can add one leg squats or pistols if you find it too easy ;)

Do any form of squats just make it challenging! If you do air squats, add weights to each hand! Make it challenging! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
