Dont start out too hard!!! Start out easy and work your way up to more intense workouts. also stay motivated and dont take to many days off. Good luck
Welcome Kat. I would suggest things like start with shorter workouts that feature exercises you like. Then take on ones that you find dont come naturally. Join one of the challenges people post-its a great support network. And for weight loss be sure you are eating well. More veg, more whole fruit and more fiber. Best of luck!

Find a reason. Commit. Like some of the other posts, start small and work your way up. Dont worry you have a entire community behind you.
