Interesting. Probably not the best idea to plan going off your diet in advance. Nice try though. It's better to indulge spontaneously.

It's actually a good idea!  Cheat days keep you sane!  You got one life so enjoy it!  If your not a bodybuilder or a Fitness model I say go for it! Just don't over do it!  I have cheat days everyday and have a 8% bodyfat! So The boring that it's not good is bs!  People make exercise,food and working out too complicated!  Take it from a pro,  live

Not the full day but I do have a free meal or two each week. The meals generally aren't too bad just not as strict as all others.

One bad meal won't make you fat just as one clean meal won't make you lean!

Lets be realistic, we are not all pros.  Most of us are here because everyday is our cheat day. Rewards are good, but seriously why take 3 steps forward to take one step back. Plenty of great tasting healthy foods out there, so cheating is not necessary.  My previous post said keep the cheating foods spontaneous, not scheduled. Otherwise some of us might skip a workout day, but we won't skip the cheating day :) There is no easy answer.

I do have some cheat days but I compensate a lot..running,workouts,walk,gym..just compensate
