Hi there I'm new to this and just needing general help with losing weight I am about 5 10" - 5 11" weight 14stone Looking to lose about 2stone to 2 and a half stone on total Then start to work on some muscle workout (won't be for a while) Needing help with what workouts to do how long for And diet Thanks

aim for about 1-3 pounds a week.. if you lose it faster I doubt it's healthy. work out about 5 days a week for about an hour and lower your calories every day. start with a big breakfast. eat smaller meals rather then 3 big ones. determination is key!!! stay motivated!
