I'm going to be honest. I've been suffering a little, well a lot with depression for the past couple years or so. I was very active before it all started (flucuated between 110 and 115 lbs), well I fell off the active train and into the lay around and do nothing train for awhile(fluctuating between 120 and 135 lbs). The scale is a slap in the face, but the the even bigger slap in the face is just how crappy I feel physically. Last week I got tired of it and started working out, I feel the difference even with short 10 minute work outs. My shoulders, legs and chest muscles and joints feel so much better! thank you skimble!

Way too go! It always gets better but it's up to you to make yourself a better person.. sounds like your on the right track :) Keep it up even if you don't physically see any progress for the first few weeks.. it's a long but amazing road.
