If anyone has some good advice on getting a tight flat stomach please share!! Although I stay pretty active and workout regularly I haven't been able to commit 100% recently because of a couple injuries I've had from overdoing it.. Oh the irony! I've always considered my stomach my problem area ever since I can remember and would love to see some definition without having to flex/suck-in.. 

I've been eating clean for the past 6 mo and if anyone needs some advice on good nutrition I would be more than happy to share!

The most effective way to get a flat stomach..is eat healthy..do a HIIT cardio then do ur abs workout,it will be lot more effective..and do it every other day,not everyday..and if u hate crunches,just go for standing stances like hammer,or jumps..or power squats..or do pulses in low plank or high plank,good luck
