Hi all!! I have been using the timing cues in this app for a couple weeks but just realized this morning that there are forums!

Lol yeah I had this app for probably about a month and a half before I realized there was any forums haha I guess we all have a blonde moment from time to time:-) anyways welcome to the fitness family, and the biggest advice I could give you is keep focus and don't think any workout is too easy or intense.. Just stay motivated motivated and if you shall fall depend on us to pick you back up! God bless!

Welcome. Over time you'll see lots of people in the forums saying "oh I just figured this out!" so it's definitely a common mistake!
