Hey there! I'm Kate, I'm 17, and from the UK. I currently weigh in at 60 kg, and I'm 5'6".
I'm really happy with my body shape and size, and although I've put on nearly 12 pounds in the last year, I haven't noticed a change in my appearance.
So the reason I'm here is I've done little exercise for the last year or so, and I don't want to be unhealthy because of the lack of activity. I want to be stronger generally, for now and the future. I have strong core muscles because I find things like the 100 sec wall sit easy , but the longer casual workouts more of a challenge. I've always been good at short bursts of activity, but things like running and cycling I struggle with.
I've also heard that regular exercise and the motivation it brings can motivate other daily tasks, and seeing as I find it hard to concentrate on my studies, I hope this can help me!
Does anyone have any advice on how much exercise I should be doing, how strenuous, and how often? I really don't know where to start!
