Anyone know any good circuits to do that will focus on the lower abdomen?

Reverse crunches, leg raises are a good start.

Hi. The accepted idea these days is that targeted weight loss is a gimmick, a myth. There is no special exercise to lose belly fat and anyone saying otherwise is selling something (or been sold something)

If you burn more calories than you eat, you lose weight. Some of it's fat, some of it's lean.

Keeping track of calories and eating clean is the best way to start losing fat. Exercise helps. ANY exercise

Build muscle to boost your metabolism and give defining shape to your body.

Do cardio to increase stamina and burn max calories.

Core exercises are super important but not necessarily for burning fat around your middle. They increase your health in so many ways, increasing your ability to so other exercises, increasing stamina, minimizing risk of injuries.

So basically, watch your eating habits (I use myfitnesspal, along with some basic ideas like "don't eat sugar" and some others) do all kind of exercise, and strengthen your core. You can't go wrong!
