Im doing a low carb diet and would like to know if any of you guys are and if so what do you eat on your diet for maximum results ?
I'm doing Atkins! Stay under 20 carbs a day and the weight falls off. I lost 17 lbs in 16 days so far...I want to do it for a month at least! I eat an egg omelet with cheese and ham for breakfast, a low carb tortilla with salsa, chicken and cheese for lunch and a meat and mashed cauliflower for dinner. Along with snacks like string cheese, sugar free jello and whipped cream and a celery stick with 1 tbs of peanut butter!
Im eating abit of fruit for breakfast and pork steaks and broccolli for dinner thats about it really with abit of bacon and lots of eggs
