What exercises can I do to get a really good core?

I find that a variety of simple crunches and situps works good for me, you just have to experiment

I did crunches and blanks for a while but i got seriously injured so I had to stop. The doctors say it may have been from that so im trying other options.

Darn thats too bad :( but crunches done right should be the easiest on your body. Otherwise maybe try hanging leg raises, mountain climbers, and swimming is a pretty good way to strengthen your core.  A mix of cardio, good diet, and some type of difficult core workout is the best way to get flat abs, hope this helps! Yer for sure swimming is the best as it takes all the pressure off your joints and treading water for as long as you can then swimming laps is a great body builder
