Hi all, am new here I need an effective meal plan to go with my work out,am From African(Nigerian) and we do a lot of spicy food. I really need a good meal plan to get back into shape real fast,Thanks!

I recommend calorie tracking with an app such as myfitnesspal.

Besides that, sticking to mostly natural foods, mostly vegetables, some fruits, a serving or two of carbs (whole grains if you can) some lean meats like chicken and fish, eggs, a snack of nuts...

Basically as little sugar as possible (zero), avoid liquid calories and drink water...

myfitnesspal helps because in addition to calories it helps you get an idea of the proportions youre eating and if you need to eat more/less protein, carbs, or fat...

I have downloaded the app but it won't let me finish my sign up,it is saying "unknown zip/postal code" what do I do?

You should give Noom weightloss coach a go its also a calorie tracker but it allows to place foods you have eaten in red yellow or green zones so you can see when you need to eat more green etc.
