What is your goals short term or long term doesn't matter. My short term goal is to tone up and increase my fitness level. I really don't want to drop below 170 lbs I'm at 185 lbs now. Long term I want to beef up to 205-225 lbs while staying tone. I wanna get swoll lol. Wbu
Mine is to make small goals to reach to get to the bigger one like 195-183 now 183-175 and so on my big goal is in the 150's
I've reached my goal, gaining 7 kilos yet, so I just want to keep it up
my goal is :I wanna be back to my shape,I had 60 kg a nice body but now I have 110kg.all this was put just in one year day by day I gained weight.
but now I started a diet ,nice exercise so soon I wanna see my self happy again and smile and wear a small size
Too toned.. 4% body fat. Weight around 185. Stamina beyond belief. Right now I'm 156. Toned, but not enough.. Good stamina, but I wanna go til I'm mentally tired. Not because I can't move.
My goal is to be able to do 100 pull-ups without stopping and without assistance ...and be able to do 500 push ups a day
I thnk i can do it....at one time i cud bench 250lbs and 410lbs people called me sh hulk we can accomplish anything if we put our minds to it....sheer determination

Ths bodybuilder one time taught me tht ur triceps being th smaller muscle group will give out long before ur chest being a larger muscle group th more th smaller muscle groups can handle th bigger increase in limit strength..bigger bench press...
