Hey I am New to this app. Can someone give me some suggestions of workouts to do? My goal is to get a 6 pack and to stay in shape. So does anyone know some good workouts for me?
You gotta start (if you don't already know) learning a lot about eating and nutrition. Most of the effective strategy for a six pack, or health in general, concerns eating.
Also, a six pack requires very low body fat, so, in addition to working the abs, you gotta control your diet and do lots of cardio to burn off any fat. Jumping jacks, jump rope, walking, running, dancing, search cardio in workouts...
