10 mnths is plenty of time! I recomend just watching your diet! If you have a fair bit fat do some cardio and if you want to tone and define do Calesthenics like crunches, lunges etc. Good luck!
Yeah 10 months is PLENTY of time to do it healthy and easy and right.
get a calorie tracker and use it. I use myfitnesspal, other people would suggest noom or I also tried fatsecret.
You could set it to lose a pound per week, which is kind of easy if you stick within your calories, which is kind of easy if you avoid sugar and processed food, eat lots of veggies and lean protein and exercise with a mindset to push yourself a little more each time...and you can theoretically lose about forty pounds in ten months at that rate. Thats more than many ppl need to lose, but considering the holidays are coming up...and considering I have no idea what your goal is... Anyway a pound per week is pretty reasonable and you see where that gets you in ten months so adjust accordingly.
