Eat fruits and vegetable s cut down on sodium and trans fat and make sure you eat organic food and read the label on boxes the first thing in the list of ingredients is the most relevant  make sure what the size of eaching servings is and don't eat fast food even subway its not healthy at all and make sure to eat a little less but don't cut meals because the fat will not go  because your body knows that as much as you will eat so the fat will stay there s more but that's what I can think off the back of my head

I don't diet I just watch the amount I eat and cut back on the unhealthy foods. I don't cut nothing out completely except sodas.
