Anyone tried raw eggs? Blended.
Im taking 6 a day so far

Where are you from Ludwig... Depending on where and how the eggs are processed, there is less or more risk. Like in the US, salmonella is still way more common with eggs than many other countries, so we have to cook them to be safe.

Its not a lot lol. My uncle takes 12 a day and he is a bodybuilder.
