Hey! So its day one for me! I'm currently 61kg and hoping to get down to around 55kg, however my main goal is just to get toned so I look great in minimal clothing!! :)
I really need motivation and friends to help me along the way!
Any tips are welcome!!!! xoxo

Drink lots of water. Workout at least 3 times a week and remember that losing weight is more about what you eat. Good luck
