Just find a workout to fit your time available and how hard you want to go and get started :-)
I guess that's where I get confused.... so much information and I get overwhelmed with what really works. I know motivation is what gives me what I need to push myself to keep going. ...I don't do well on my own:(
Weight loss and toning is what I'm trying to accomplish but have no clue what exercise works best for what and how many reps and a schedule.
If you can help me out, that would be great! I'm 42 and have 2 kids, 19 and 16, so I have the time to dedicate just don't know where to start.
I would say as far as exercise goes just to get started. try a few different types of worlout onhere and see what works for you. Diet is very important too, th e usual fruit and vegetables, protein and go easy on processed food and sugar
Try some yoga exercises also. They really seem to loosen you up for exercising.. also just do some of the quick wo' s..doesn't take a lot of time but they really help..also follow some of the great people on here it really helps to stay motivated...enjoy...
There r many diets I lost 30 lbs staying with 1800 to2000 calories a day .got down to that mostly by just cutting carbs out. Look under workouts there lot to choose from.I'm 56 5'9" I got my calories up to2400 calories now trying to build up muscle right now up to130 lbs I still don't do carbs, lots of protein good luck
