What's the diff and what gets you faster and better results

I m pretty sure it doest matter ones adjustable with weights and other is select weight so barbells would be better

Barbells I like for heavier weights and strength training, dumbbells for reps and they usually force more emphasis on form. In short you should be using both to make sure you're hitting every muscle.

I prefer dumbells because you can really concetrate on the contraction of the muscle.. Feels good.. And it also works your stabily muscles because each hand has to balance and control to weight through the movement,. ( like my Facebook page ( Bux natural fitness ) for informative posts, motivation, etc...
