Drink at least 4 bottles of water a day (500ml bottle). Eat healty,at least 4 times a day,avoid carbs and fats. Reduce your calories. Try eating foods like avocados, nuts and olive which contain only good fats and protein for your abs. Usually people suggest to workout on your abs 3 -4 times a week. I dont listen to them. I do abs every single day.you need only 5 minutes for them. Do crunches, planks, reverse curls and oblique crunches. Do 2-3 sets per exercise, 8-15 repetitions per set. 11% and lower is the sweet spot where you will start to see your abs come through even if you have only trained them lightly. If you train regularly and have well developed abdominals you will be able to see them even at 14% bf and above. Im around 13 right now. Keep at it brother!

Don't do direct ab workout...........build muscles in overall body cause muscles help remove fat then do ab workout to build core muscles....eventually u will get abs
