Hey all. I'm 34 and not in very good shape. I have a sit down job and want to get healthier, lose weight and build muscle. I've been going to the gym for a few months with not many results. I have a hard time motivating myself. Any tips on workouts I can do to get fit and stay that way. I want to do this kust don't know what to do. Thanks

Alright man , what i can tell you is..you can choose to be healtier, just look what you eat , bcoz u already do some activities. And if you wanna lose weight , focus a lil bit more on the cardio when you to the gym, and do every day a different muscle. For ex : monday cardio and chest. Tuesday cardio biceps and.triceps etc. In this way you lose weight but at the same time you build muscle. Try to avoid fats, try to eat only proteins and carbs and eat at least 4 times a day.
