Im a vegetarian and would like to know about which typed of food has the most protein. Right now im taking soy isolate drink and eating some eggs. I am planning to be able to bench 200 lbs by june and right now at 150 lbs. Anyone any suggestions?

I'm vegetarian too. Lentils and beans are very rich in protein
