I work 2nd shift and have three kids, while at work I have all the motivation in the world, but i go home go to bed get up early and can't seem to get motivated. What helps to get somebody motivated? Plus help with eating better. Don't know what stuff to look for. Thanks in advance.
I work 2nd shift & my workout time is at 1pm. It gives me time to get in a 30 min- 1 hr workout and time for relaxing before I go to work. I'm usually motivated by the more sweat I see during my workouts. But I tell people what I do, so I'm always asked if I'm working out by my coworkers. That too gives me encouragement to keep pushing.
