what are your thoughts about having a break between your workouts? I am not sure how to deal with it. Should there be one day a week without any workout or is it more the listen-to-your-body-thing? I want to loose some weight slowly and gain some muscles. Thanks for answers.
I do 2 days of workout and 1 day rest
But it really depends of you, your body and how intense are yours workouts
Listening to ur body is th best but if ur jus beginning it cud b a little challenging breaks r good gives ur body time to rest and recover i prefer body splits so tht i can constantly be working on somthing...never want to take a day off frm nutrition its ok to treat urself but stay in ur caloric range
