According to study you need 80% nutrition and 20% exercise to achieve your weight loss goal. Some says eat what you want but keep exercising that way you loose weight. Tell me what do you think about this issue
People say different things,write different things,read different things but at the end we find out one thing to achieve a good weight loss we have to watch what we eat and burn the excess we have. Now how much excess you have will determine how much calorie you will need to burn and to make this work we cut down the intake as well. Put in mind there are some foods that contribute greatly to weight gain as there are some that contribute to weightloss. Bottom line..eat healthy and excersice..
