I am a 12 year old boy I weigh 140 pounds and im 5 ft 7in. I wanna lose weight but wht do u think I should go down to. Plz respond

Uhm that is average for your height. If u wanna lose weight, then down to 125-130. But it's all good ;)

You sound about average to me - I'm 6'1" and 190lbs

Next time you see your dr ask for a bmi test. You can be the right weight but not healthy.

I wouldn't say so, I'm 5'8" and 145lbs. I'm inside my bmi range. You are too.

Are you also muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat. Your the correct weight for your height. If you wanna tone up tho eat right, not a lot of sugar and workout.
I'm 5,9-10 and used to weigh 140 but gained cause Christmas (I bet I doubt it's muscle even tho I workout everyday) and I weigh 144 now. 
Yeah get a BMI test if you want. Also if you speak to a nutritionist they could tell you stuff as well.

Run and lift weights I'd say. Cardio and lifting. If you want more muscle. :)

I find my self to be giganticly fat. Okay well running, cardio, and weights should do it.:) and help. Eating right too and getting your calories
