How to create a custom workout?

I have a workout routine derived from another source and what to reproduce it in this app so that I have more than just a textual guide. However, I cannot find the option to do so. Can anyone help with this?

Whn u open the app go to workouts at the top scrole to created their should b a green button tht says create workout click on it and it brings it up

Sorry but I have another question: is time the only duration choice? I'd rather specify a number of reps instead

Yea what I do is write my sets and reps beside th exercise and estimate how long it would take to perform th given amount of reps correctly

Thanks again! It's an acceptable workaround but too bad I can't attach exercise instructions with the custom (unmatched) title. I think I'll see if I can suggest reps as an app-supported option
