Do you have to drink lots of water to lose weight? I hate water.

It's good to incorperate it into your diet. Drink water AND eating clean.

Yes.. lot of it.. ideally, 8-10 glasses of water everyday with slight variation basis the season.. not less than 7 glasses any time...

Drinking water doesnt make you lose weight but its a good way to restrict calories intake. And its good for you to drink it :-)

You have to drink water to survive, darling.

Yes, you need water. That being said, if you really dislike water that much, there are options specially designed for people like you.
Flovoured water
Coconut water
Seltzer
Flavoured seltzer
Excetera and so on

But be warned that cocnut waters and such contain an obscene amount of sugar most of the time.
Personally ive never liked seltzers because they are so dry and just nasty bitter.

Another option is looking up ways to naturally flavour your water. Soaking fruits and such. Beware that it spoils fast.

Explore a bit, you certainly have options... but do at least try and get your body used to plain water. Bottled water if the water where you live isnt... pure... or tasty.

A squeeze of lemon tends to make water more appealing to me, plus it reaps more health benefits
