Feel free to add whichever routine you feel is the most intense, most rewarding, etc. Looking for some solid upper body, arm, and core workouts that focus more on actual exercises instead of stretches or warm-ups. Look forward to hearing some suggestions!
I love the HIIT plyo. I sub turbo lunges for jumping lunges n i do 2 pushup burpees. Keeping ur core engaged the whole time is intense on the abs. Complete total body workout
