You 've taken a huge step by starting again after 10 years That must have been hard . Continue with the work, stay focused , don't slack off and push yourself a bit more everyday and you 'll see results soon :)

I'm back to working out again. I am about 50lbs overweight. I want to work up to 5 days a week like I used to. Is 30-40 min on elliptical a good workout? I don't want burnout. Is that enough? I know I want to lift weights too.
OMG i started yesterday and did 5 min on the ellip. Hurting today. Its been 10 yrs 4me. Go at own ur pace. Trying to get myself to the gym today.
