How do I get a six pack?

I have been working out every day of the week started eating healthy for two months and yet I have no six pack I have been working out for at least three years in a row from 3-7 times a week for between 45-160mins when I do workout and yet I have no six pack can someone help me I have a four pack and I want I six pack

I. Change it up I do crunches everyday but for every pther exercise I switch it up everyday

Ok, you don't want to do the same workout everyday. You'll get something called a plateau effect. Which means you're body is used to the workout and will no longer get results. You can do my ab killer workout I created. It works very well. If you need help with it more, let me know.

Cool I ll try that you should try my ab workout lvl 2 its really hard I plan on doing it when I get a strong enough core but it wouldn't be so hard for.u and I ll try it tomorrow when I workout
