Hi everyone ive been using this workout app for about 2 months now but this is my first post I'm curious if anyone has any advice for getting muscular abs. Mine are pretty toned but theres always room for improvement thanks
Howdy hard to give ideas without knowing your routine now
Okay i do 30-40min workouts five days a wk consisting of cardio, crunches burpees,squats planks and so on. this app has great workouts.
How is your diet? Remember, you can have abs of steel but they won't show until you get your body fat percentage down. I doubt you have a high percentage anyway but fitness competitors will get theirs down as low or lower than 7% durin' competition and return to a still healthy 20% or so off season. Try lean protein, veggies, whole grains and lotsa water for about 9-10 weeks if you're not already doin' so to see if your abs start to show through more :)
