How is your diet? Remember, you can have abs of steel but they won't show until you get your body fat percentage down. I doubt you have a high percentage anyway but fitness competitors will get theirs down as low or lower than 7% durin' competition and return to a still healthy 20% or so off season. Try lean protein, veggies, whole grains and lotsa water for about 9-10 weeks if you're not already doin' so to see if your abs start to show through more :)

Okay i do 30-40min workouts five days a wk consisting of cardio, crunches burpees,squats planks and so on. ☺this app has great workouts.

Hi everyone ive been using this workout app for about 2 months now but this is my first post☺ I'm curious if anyone has any advice for getting muscular abs. Mine are pretty toned but theres always room for improvement☺ thanks😄
