Sore muscle!

I have a really sore hamstring, should I apply heat or ice? (:

You could use an anti-inflammatory spray..take a muscle relaxant..most importantly stretch both d sore muscle aswel as the opposing muscle..

You ice to prevent swelling. Use heat to relieve pain. You can also take like an ibuprofen as an anti inflammatory. Also stretch as much as possible to relieve tension.

Dont ice haha.

You can aplay heat but as long its just soreness. You can do with some pressure, stretching and movement and some time to let it rest.

I would take a nice hot bath and relax, do some stretching afterwards.  Stretching is something you'll wanna do after all work outs, helps prevent injuries.  I found out the hard way and pulled a muscle in my back from running  everyday n not stretching.  I started doin yoga to help prevent that from happening again.
