Im New anyone got any advice?!
Find a short workout, look at the exercises in it first, then do it.
Look at the other workouts that are "similar to" it.
Look at your activity feed for everyone, to see what workouts people are doing. do some.
Don't look for the perfect workout, just do workouts, and keep doing more.
find a favorite and do it over and over, or always change, whatever keeps you DOING.
