Welcome. Iv been going strong for about 4 months now. Have lost about 20 lbs. Pizza n sweets of all kinds are my weakness. I took a pic of me bfore i started, thats my motivation. Good luck on ur journey. If u need any advice r anything feel free to ask

Weight is down about 10 lbs but 2.5 on waist measurement and much more toned. Keep in mind i am one of those that csn loose and tone quickly though. Always have been but dont be hating i cant help it
Hi jackie. Ive been using workout trainer since august and on the scale i have lost around 10lbs. Although that seems little i have noticed my clothes are looser and my energy levels have increased. We just need to remind ourselves that each day is a new day to live and be stronger than the day before.
Btw my goal is to be healthy and strong. Weigh in around 160 with muscle and abs. I desire to be an example to others as well who have struggled in life that you can change and make a difference.
Hi....y weightloss dream is for past three years. I did zumba 2 months back. But, due to lack of zumba instructors, I am doing zumba at home. Lost 5 pounds in a week. Then left exercising due to exams. So, now I have started again. And am really serious.
My goals and reasons are:
1. To be healthy and disease free.
2. To have a good brilliant personality and want to look decent but so perfect that people turn around to watch me go(dream lol).
3. Look slim trim for my bf. Poor thing had me 5 years ago as a thin slim gal... And now I look like a mother of 10!!
I saw a pic of myself last christmas and decided i needed to do something. Started healthy eating and lost 8kg, then plateued. Joined gym in june, have lost another 8kg. My weight has settled but im still losing inches. Buying clothes that fit is fab, i have more energy and sleep better. This is definately a lifestyle change
Welcome Jackie.....I've been on this site for bout 2 months,but have been working out for a few years, my weakness like others are sweets. I found out that sweet fruits curve that taste for them and the rest is mental. Stay strong and stay at it.....
