Warm milk.

Is it true what they say? Warm milk can give you a better nights sleep. Overthinker & stuggle to sleep.

Yes and no. Milk produces something called tryptophan which makes you tired. I guess warming it up would give you sort of a cozy, ready for bed feeling? Chamomile helps, too, or a nice, hot bath.

Benadryl works as well

Turning off the computer and TV (and phone) an hour before bed & reading for a while, these help to calm the mind. Also a few minutes of meditation, or perhaps simple relaxing yoga stretches.

Benadryl helps me get to sleep yes but also I feel sleepy all morning the next day so I never use it. Chemicals can interfere with rem sleep and prevent proper rest.
