ok so sometimes wen im bored i go to bathroom turn heat on and get in sweats n hoody n like jog/ just move round to sweat is this good? like will this help get some off??

I've lost 140 pounds and close to 100 inches by counting calories and exercise consistently. It has taken over 2.5 years but I'm healthy and active 7 days a week at the gym. It seems to take forever but it works that way. Patience pays off. Keep at it!
i go to gym 5 days a week ! took two days off i was so sore from a trainer wrkout i could barely move!! just very rough it burns badly!!
