Wat kind of foods should I eat Wat time to stop eating any suggestions???

I have a protein shake 30mins before heading to the gym, another shake straight after, then a meal of chicken, sweet potato, broccoli & spinach about an hour later.. And I highly recommend eggs and oatmeal in the morning to give you energy and protein for the day... Welcome to the community btw

Mmmmm fried chicken !! Lol, no I flash fry it in a little oil most of the time

KFC !! But I have tend to eat stir frys coz I out on weight easy so have to watch the fast food. I save that for my Friday night cheats : )

i eat a bowl of oatmeal 30mins before i hit the gym or drink my protein shake while i workout
