Hello, everyone! i'm new here. I am currently full-time working (law) student and I find it difficult to make time for lengthy workouts. I hope someone here is willing to be my (virtual) workout buddy! i need tips and routines to help me lose weight and gain muscle. Let's motivate each other!

Hi there how to lose weight is drink a lot of water before you eat and have a water bottle with you at all times use a bottle and you can wash it all the time ok my name is samantha
