Looking for some advice on exercises to help lose my stomach I have had 3 kids all by c-sections and everything I have tried in the past has never seemed to help....thanks

Diet, exercise and time. With 3 c-sections the abdominal muscles may have suffered permanent damage and may never return to the level you may be hoping for. Focus on eating healthy and total body exercises.

I agree with Brian. However is like to add: If you're only just start exercising, a couple of tips: I'd start very slowly and focus on resistance training over Cardio- strengthen and tone as oposed to just making yourself smaller. You're probably best googling for exercise routines.
