Has anyone got any good exercise tips or workouts that specifically target BACK FAT??? I dont have a lot of it but when i turn around in the mirror i can see it and its not exactly the most attractive thing im sure we can all agree on that!

can u do pull ups? if not try doing some good morning & reverse standing cable rows hope this helps good luck

Thank you!!! I will deffo be trying this- minus the pull ups- my upper body strength is W A C K!

u can always do inverted rows & reverse pull downs
