I'm losing my motivation got to try and get it again today i will work out till I drop!!
Don't worry about that. I have had days and even weeks were I'm like no doing shit and its perfectly fine. But those days you do feel like junk, just go ahead and workout and you'll feel like a boss afterwards for getting your butt up

I have those days a lot. I either put some music that pumps me up or doing a different workout that's fun.
Great advise I go on walks or play video games and if I die I'll do 20 push ups or sit ups
