Im not sure if I should start using this app again because I need to see results within the next few months amd have no motivation after my surgery. I need people who are willing to keep me on track to workout preferably women.

Tht is the very concept behind the " new thought movement " its philosophy is that by reinforcing what has been coined "positive " thinking we will establish a brighter future..its eventual evolution being a problem free society... the idea is tht by the power of my thought I produce my physical outcome i.e sickness is not a virus but what has been coined a "negative" thought and if I eliminate the "negative" thought.. such as "I got the flu" then I will not have the flu and by my reinforcing this type of "thinking" I will never be sick...
