Fucking annoyed! Losing motivation a day after only

Firstly we got inspired by someone's thought,dedication towards their body and control on their mind and has a good figure or physic. We thn decide to workout hard and trying to be dedicated but thn after a day or so ... it's like .. leave it. And let's eat PIZZA , PARTY, AND BOOZE.. why is it so.. ?? Need suggestions

It's going to take time to get in the groove, you just have to set aside a little time a couple days a week to workout and you'll get there. Just don't give up on your goals.

I feel like that too... but then it takes exactly 5 work outs for me to see change and i am not stopping... First two days are really tough! Eat good breakfast and lunch... And nothing but fruits for dinner!

Actually, it dpends on you, yourself. Like love, if you really want to have him, you'll work hard for it!

Yup i feel you sis it's exactly what happened with me (just without partying and boos ) so this losing motivation thing sucks it really does :'(

U can't go into tha gym n try n do a hard workout all at once. Do some research n wrk on different areas on different days. Do cardio one day weight training on certain target areas on different days n u will get motivated.

Don't worry about it! I have skipped my workouts and diet this weekend. Yesterday was also full of wine and cheese :-) but come Monday and I will be in charge again.

Set a goal. And a time line. And work to that. It is the best motivation.
